The review loop
Reviews connect a decision record to a future accountability moment. The Reviews hub exists so nothing slips when everyone is busy.
- From a decision, schedule the next review (date + intent).
- When the day arrives, open it from Reviews or the decision itself—mark complete with notes, reschedule with a reason, or cancel if the bet is obsolete.
- If the review surfaces a new bet, record a follow-up decision instead of burying it in comment threads.
Triaging the queue
Use the reviews list to sort by overdue vs upcoming. Overdue items usually mean leadership visibility is stale—either close the loop or reschedule transparently.
