Record a decision, add outcomes, run reviews, and follow up across the team.
1. Capture the call
- Go to Decisions and choose Record new decision (composer).
- Write enough context that someone six months later understands why the call happened, not just the title.
- Link owners, dates, and related Goals / Departments so execution trace stays visible.
2. Track how it turned out
On the decision detail page, add outcomes over time—wins, pivots, and lessons. This is what makes hindsight different from a static log: you can see the arc, not only the memo.
3. Put reviews on the calendar
Schedule reviews from the decision. When a review is due, complete it or reschedule with a short note so accountability does not evaporate.
4. Branch into follow-ups
- Generate related decisions when you want templated follow-up ideas from the current record.
- Use Ask AI on the decision page when you need narrative help, risk scanning, or prep for a board conversation—scoped to that decision’s context.
- If investors are connected, use visibility controls when a decision should stay internal.
5. Use the reviews hub
The Reviews screen aggregates everything awaiting a check-in so you can work the queue without hunting through the list view.
