Three layers of AI
- Workspace AI chat
- Open AI chat for cross-cutting questions: “What did we decide about pricing in Q2?” or “Which goals lack recent support?” It reasons across records you can access.
- Scoped “Ask AI”
- On decisions, goals, departments, or weekly updates, Ask AI stays anchored to that page’s context—ideal for prep and critique.
- Insight cards
- Cards on the dashboard and on records suggest follow-ups. Dismiss what is wrong, refresh after large edits, and follow Act when it deep-links to real work.
Practical etiquette
- Treat answers as drafts that require human judgment—especially for compliance-sensitive topics.
- Refresh insights after bulk decision imports or major planning sessions so prompts match reality.
