How to read Overview, act on signals, and refresh AI insight cards.
What Overview is for
Overview is where you answer: Is our strategy execution healthy right now? It pulls forward recent decisions, goal posture, and AI-generated observations so leadership does not have to click every record first.
Daily habit
- Scan top-level metrics and anything flagged as at-risk or overdue.
- Open the AI insights panel: read suggestions, dismiss noise, and use Act when the product points to a concrete next step (often a decision or goal).
- If you have added many records since the last visit, press Refresh on the insights list so prompts match the latest state.
- Drill into Decisions or Goals from links on the dashboard when something needs ownership.
When insights feel stale
Insight cards are generated from your workspace data. After bulk imports, big meetings, or end-of-quarter updates, refresh the list and re-read the dashboard so leadership sees the same story your IC is working from.
